Used first two days in a row for 60 min each. Hard to get the strips to stay in place and work out bubbles around not so straight teeth. Moved a white level each day. Will keep up. Would be nice to have longer strips that grip to teeth faster and stay put.

If you have big teeth like me, I would advise you to use two strips top and bottom to make sure you get fully across if you have big teeth like me. I’d advise you to leave it on for 60 minutes. Make sure you brush your teeth immediately afterwards, if you want the perfect clean look buy this
